What is MLS GO?

MLS GO is a recreational soccer league created to help young players:

• Have fun through simple, game‑focused sessions
• Stay active and build confidence in a positive environment
• Play with friends; we are happy to place friends on the same team whenever possible
• Feel connected to their local community through shared play

The spring season is currently underway at Newport Hills Park in Bellevue, for both boys and girls. We'll wrap up our season with a fun day at the Sounders' practice facility, and might even get to meet some players!

Fall 2026 Season Details

Season dates: September 7 to November 14, 2026

Timing: Practice on one weekday evening, matches each Saturday morning

Location: Bellevue location(s) TBD

Schedule: Exact times will be emailed about one week before the season begins, once all teams are formed. This program is designed to be easy for families, fun for players, and a great introduction to soccer at any level.

What's Included

For a $200 season fee for the Fall season, families receive a complete ten-week MLS GO experience: one weekday evening practice, plus a session each Saturday that includes a fun, focused training session where players learn a key soccer skill, followed by a match against another team. Every player receives a full official MLS uniform kit — jersey, shorts, and socks — representing one of the league’s clubs. And to top it off, each participant also gets a ticket to a Seattle Sounders match, bringing the excitement of the professional game even closer to home.

Parent Volunteers

We will be looking for parent volunteers to help support teams and create a welcoming, positive experience for all players. No coaching background is needed; just enthusiasm and a willingness to help kids enjoy the game. If you're interested, you can indicate it during registration or email us anytime.
